This role drives the end-to-end integration plan across all functional workstreams, translating diligence findings into structured execution from close through stabilization.Location and work rangeBase salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 + bonusWhat you will doIntegration program managementDevelop the integration project plan leveraging findings from operational diligence of new partner agency acquisitionsEnsure seamless transition from diligence to post-close executionOwn the integration project plan for each new agency from close through stabilization, including milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decision logsStand-up and run the integration governance rhythm, including weekly workstream check-ins, status reporting, and executive updatesDrive clarity on scope, sequencing, and resource needs across workstreams, escalating tradeoffs and risks to Agency Success leadership and cross-functional teamsDefine and track integration success metrics, including timeline adherence, operational stability, system adoption, and client impact indicatorsOwn the ongoing optimization of integration playbooks, templates, and governance processes to increase speed, consistency, and scalability across acquisitionsCRM transition coordinationLead cross-functional execution with marketing and sales leadership to coordinate the agency transition to the Tropolis CRM platformEnsure CRM transition readiness, including data preparation, training coordination, cutover sequencing, adoption milestones, and issue resolutionEnsure dependencies between the CRM transition and other workstreams are identified and managed, including customer communications and reportingFinance, accounting, and banking integration coordinationDrive cross-functional alignment with finance and accounting leadership to coordinate financial integration activities and timelinesOversee banking transition readiness, including access, approvals, signatory updates, and operational controlsTrack month end readiness milestones, reporting requirements, and control related dependencies, escalating risks as neededHR and employee onboarding coordinationEnsure workforce transition readiness in collaboration with HR and agency leadership to coordinate onboarding and workforce transitions into Tropolis processesEnsure structured onboarding execution, including technology access, training schedules, policy rollout, and change management communicationsCoordinate across functions to ensure role readiness and minimal disruption to service deliveryData, reporting, technology, and AMS migration coordinationPartner with IT, data, and operations leaders to manage agency technology and data integration milestonesCoordinate data and reporting readiness, including definitions, data quality checkpoints, and dashboard or reporting cutoversManage AMS migration project plans, including requirements, data readiness, training coordination, cutover planning, and go live supportIdentify including familiarity with independent agency operations and commercial brokerage workflowsProven project or program management experience leading multi workstream initiatives with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication and facilitation skills, including executive level status updates and risk escalationComfortable operating in a fast paced, acquisition driven environment with multiple concurrent timelinesPreferredApplied Epic experienceExperience with agency management system migrations, platform transitions, or post-acquisition integrationsBA/BSSuccess measuresIntegration
