Technical Program Manager – Microsoft Power PlatformWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to lead enterprise business enablement initiatives and support low-code/no-code solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead intake management, prioritization, and resource allocation for program requests and initiatives.Oversee and support enterprise adoption of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.Provide hands-on troubleshooting and development support for simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows when needed.Manage and mentor analysts supporting Power Platform solutions and business users.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and user adoption programs for low-code/no-code tools.Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and lifecycle management processes for business solutions.Present program updates, risks, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to leadership stakeholders.Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, IT standards, and organizational policies.Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operational guidance.Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery stability.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Ownership, or Enterprise Application Delivery.Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially:Power AppsPower AutomateAbility to build or troubleshoot simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows.Strong leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.Experience managing competing priorities and resource allocation.Strong understanding of governance, IT processes, and application lifecycle management.Experience working with IT, security, and business stakeholders.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with:Power AppsPower AutomatePower BIDataverseMicrosoft Power Platform and/or Azure certifications.Experience implementing governance for low-code/no-code platforms.Background in user training, adoption, or change management initiatives.Experience working in public-sector or enterprise environments.Prior experience leading and managing technical teams.
