Mechanical Support TechnicianPay: $23ph - $28ph (based on experience)3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7amLocation: Manitowoc, WIWe are currently hiring a Mechanical Support Technician to assist in manufacturing operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical to keeping production lines running efficiently by performing equipment changeovers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring smooth startup between runs. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.What You'll Do:Respond quickly to production line stoppages and provide mechanical supportPerform line changeovers safely, accurately, and efficientlyTroubleshoot and repair production equipment as neededConduct washouts and sanitization before and after production runsEnsure lines are running at proper speed and meeting quality standards at startupPerform routine preventative maintenanceAssist with new product or packaging startupsIdentify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtimeMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines#Manitowoc11–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team settingForklift experience is a plusIf you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to manitowoc@flexstaff.com.Already worked for Flex-Staff?
