This role is responsible for driving integration strategy and execution across multiple logistics platforms and enterprise systems, coordinating globally distributed stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery through critical milestones, cutover, and go-live. The engagement requires strong ownership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in large-scale global programs. Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience leading logistics systems and enterprise integrationsProven experience integrating ERP, WMS, TMS, and external logistics partnersHands-on leadership in cutover planning and execution for large programsStrong background tracking risks, dependencies, and integration milestonesDemonstrated ability to lead delivery in complex global environmentsStrong stakeholder alignment and executive-level communication skillsAbility to maintain consistency, ownership, and decision-making under pressureU.S. Citizenship requiredWillingness and ability to travel internationally (30–40%)Preferred ExperiencePrior experience supporting enterprise-wide go-live initiativesExposure to global supply chain or logistics network transformationsExperience working within professional services–led delivery modelsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive logistics integration strategy and execution across the programCoordinate integration activities across ERP, WMS, TMS, and external partnersLead cutover planning, execution, and coordination across regionsTrack and manage integration risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesSupport system testing, deployment, and post–go-live hypercarePartner closely with program leadership and global stakeholders to ensure alignmentWork Environment & ExpectationsThis role operates within a fast-paced, high-accountability global program environment.
