The Therapist will conduct client assessments, provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, and ensure treatment plans align with clients' unique needs. They will maintain accurate and confidential client records, collaborate with other mental health professionals, and engage in community outreach programs to deepen the practice's connection with the populations it serves. The role requires clinicians to work with clients from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner.QualificationsStrong clinical skills, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and client assessmentsAbility to provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive careExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listeningOrganizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client recordsTeam collaboration experience and engagement with diverse community outreach effortsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent licensure as a licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or equivalent)Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual abilities are a plusCommitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
