Role Description We are seeking a full-time Call Center Agent with bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese. This on-site role is based in West Orange, NJ. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing patient inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring a positive communication experience. The role also involves addressing patient concerns, maintaining accurate records, and using computer systems to facilitate effective service delivery.
