The General Manager will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth—driving operational excellence, strengthening team culture, and ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience across all revenue channels.This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems that scale, and is energized by the opportunity to grow alongside an emerging brand.About the Position Reporting to Ownership, the General Manager will lead all front- and back-of-house operations while also overseeing the continued development and execution of catering and events initiatives.This individual will act as a strategic and operational partner to ownership, responsible for driving performance, mentoring teams, and building a strong operational foundation to support ongoing growth. The role requires a balance of day-to-day execution and big-picture thinking, with a focus on scalability, team development, and long-term success.The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to lead teams through periods of growth and change while maintaining high standards across the business.Skills & RequirementsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop department heads, including culinary and front-of-house leadershipOversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team membersProvide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedbackConduct performance evaluations focused on growth and accountabilityFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureAct as the primary liaison between ownership and the management teamEnsure company values are consistently upheld across all departmentsOperationsOversee all day-to-day restaurant operations across front and back of houseEnsure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and guest experienceImplement and improve systems to drive operational efficiency and scalabilityDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practicesMonitor daily performance and adjust operations to support business needsManage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure quality and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsFinancial PerformanceManage and oversee the annual budget, ensuring cost-effective operationsPartner with ownership on forecasting, goal setting, and growth strategiesMonitor key financial metrics and drive profitability without compromising qualityIdentify opportunities for cost control and operational improvementLead regular financial reviews with ownership and management teamSupport leadership team development in financial acumen and business performanceQualifications3+ years of experience in a senior restaurant leadership role overseeing full operations8+ years of progressive experience in the hospitality industryStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to develop teams and drive performanceExperience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational systemsAbility to make thoughtful, strategic decisions in a fast-paced environmentPassion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiencesExperience in a beer-focused or brewery environment preferredBilingual Spanish/English is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $100,000 – $110,000Medical insuranceCell phone allowance (up to $100/month)Dining allowance (up to $250/month)3 weeks PTOOur client is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
