We encourage you to take the first step towards a fulfilling career with us!Summary:The Resident Services Nurse (Registered Nurse) plays a vital role in assisting the Resident Services Director with the comprehensive implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services within the community.Essential Functions:Oversee the associates in the Resident Services Department, including C.N.A.s (Resident Services Assistants).Support the management of the medication program and aid residents in self-administering their medications.Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.Notify the Executive Director/Resident Services Director of any significant incidents or changes in residents' needs.Assist in conducting resident assessments and developing service plans.Help with clinical assessments and recertifications as required by state regulations.Support the Resident Services Director in recruitment and performance management within the department.Participate in the training and orientation of new team members.Engage in scheduled in-service training programs and team meetings.Assist with the scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as necessary.Provide coaching and mentorship to associates in the Resident Services Department as needed.Support residents and their families to ensure a high level of satisfaction.Assist in supervising RSA staff during care delivery.Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.Experience in assisted living or long-term care environments.Basic First Aid and CPR certification required.A genuine passion for working with seniors is essential.Why You'll Love Working with Us:Competitive pay ratesFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunities for professional growthBonus and incentive programsComprehensive Benefits Package: including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, paid time off, life insurance, and optional Aflac insurance for full-time employees.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to protecting veterans and individuals with disabilities.
