You'll work across a range of projects that drive key commercial decisions for products that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You will contribute to the development and execution of research plans, coordinate project workflows, and support the synthesis and delivery of impactful insights. This is a collaborative and growth-focused role — ideal for someone who is highly organized, intellectually curious, and excited to be part of a mission-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & ExecutionManage day-to-day activities of research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metConduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and develop strategic insights to inform client decisionsDraft high-quality research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and deliverablesOwn first drafts and QC processes to ensure work is clear, error-free, and aligned with project goalsAnalyze project-specific data and contribute to insight generationMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.Client & Team CollaborationPartner closely with internal team members to manage workflow, flag capacity needs, and meet deadlinesParticipate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback cyclesEngage with clients professionally and credibly, contributing to proposals and presentations when opportunities ariseStrategic Thinking & LearningUnderstand and apply project objectives in the context of client strategyBuild therapeutic area expertise through both primary and secondary researchTake ownership of tasks, problem-solve proactively, and communicate clearlyGrowth & ContributionActively reflect on feedback and seek opportunities to grow and developParticipate in internal initiatives such as training, recruiting, or knowledge sharingEmbody Basis Health's guiding principles of integrity, growth mindset, team orientation, authenticity, and sustainability
