Warehouse Associate (Days)

Warehouse Associate We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, managing inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and safe.ResponsibilitiesAssist with shipping and receiving processes, including unloading trucks with a forklift or crane and checking in merchandise.Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute them to sales associates for processing.Stock materials accurately in both physical and electronic formats.Process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items for movement, gathering, or distribution.Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.Open bales, crates, and other containers, and assist in routine cycle counting of inventory.Weigh and count items to ensure they meet company standards.Review MTRs and maintain traceability on required materials.Perform 5S activities as assigned, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.Document purchase orders, work orders, part numbers, and projects on all incoming and outgoing items.Perform any other duties as assigned related to quality, documentation, cycle count, inventory, and more.Essential Skills1-2+ years of related work experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industries as a Warehouse Clerk.Experience operating ForkliftsProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Strong computer skills, including the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with materials such as pipe, electrical panels, skid packaging, bolts, etc. in a manufacturing environment.Strong inventory management skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a warehouse and manufacturing environment that includes an older shop with multiple overhead cranes and active forklifts. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
