Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL, for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and produce financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include evaluating financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the leadership team with data-driven financial insights. Qualifications Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Financial ReportingExpertise in Accounting principles and practicesDemonstrated Analytical Skills and strategic financial problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge and experience in corporate Finance, including budgeting and forecastingExcellent organizational and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skillsExperience in a manufacturing or similar industry is preferred
