You'll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. This position starts at $12/hr, with Performance and Attendance Review done in 60 days, upon which satisfactory, raises will be given.Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildingVacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans dailySupply restrooms and kitchenettesWipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegeesWrite reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairsQualificationsEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalentMust be able to pass Criminal Background Check and Drug ScreenAt least 1 year of experience in janitorial servicesDriver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksiteExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentExcellent stamina and physical healthMust be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
