Payroll Specialist -- Automotive Parts Manufacturer (35943)
An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Sharonville, OH area is searching for a Payroll Specialist. You will support the payroll processing and ensure its accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous face-to-face, large volume experience.This is an onsite, full-time, direct-hire position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.Responsibilities:Maintain compliance, policies and procedures for payroll processingAudit employee timesheets for hours worked and accuracyAssist with new hire orientation when needed, conduct benefits enrollment, and enter new hire information into ADP payrollProvide customer support and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefitsQualifications:Associate’s Degree or equivalent experienceMust have face-to-face experience (onsite)Prefer someone who has managed a large volume payroll (250+ employees)Experience with Paycor software is preferredStrong Data entry & record keeping skillsStrong organizational & multi-tasking skillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plusAble to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 20 poundsActiv8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
