DescriptionNow Hiring: Mechanical Assembler / Tester in Cedar Rapids Shift: 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday Remedy is currently seeking dependable Mechanical Assembler / Tester to join our team in Cedar Rapids. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing systems for North America's largest distributor of Fluid Power & Motion Control Solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of fluid power systems, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will: Assemble systems and components according to specifications. Test assemblies to ensure performance and safety requirements are met. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with installing and removing fittings Complete basic assembles and testing Place Products on Pallets for Storage Box and Prep units for shipments Pull orders or put orders away Audit PO's as kits come in to verify part quantities Clean Up building (Mop, Sweep, Take out the trash, break down boxes and stack empty part totes) Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in hydraulic system testing or related mechanical testing environment. Production Assembly, Technical and Mechanical experience.
