This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people, driving results, and contributing to a positive, professional environment.About the RoleThe Assistant Salon Manager partners closely with the Salon Manager to support daily operations, lead Guest Services teams, and ensure exceptional guest experience. You will regularly serve as Manager-on-Duty, develop leadership skills, and gain operational insight needed to prepare for future Salon Manager opportunities within JUUT.
