CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine OperatorWe are looking for motivated, detail oriented Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in machining, manufacturing, or industrial production. Full training is provided. Key responsibilities include operating CNC machinery to manufacture and inspect components, following blueprints, work instructions, and established quality standards, performing visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools, recording production and inspection data, maintaining accurate documentation, keeping workstations clean, organized, and aligned with 5S practices, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, and assisting with daily production tracking and traceability requirements. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and follow written instructions, strong attention to detail and reliability, willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Preferred qualifications include prior manufacturing, machining, or mechanical experience, familiarity with measurement tools, and basic understanding of blueprint reading. Why join us?
