Position OverviewGuides the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes, procedures, and applications contributing to the overall objectives of maintaining an effective quality program. Role DescriptionIndividuals at this level possess broad expertise or unique knowledge, using their skills to contribute to the development of objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles and theories Serve as a recognized expert in the field within the Laboratory Work on unusually significant, unique, or complex issues Provide highly creative solutions where analysis requires evaluation of intangible factors Impact the success of future concepts, products, or technologies Erroneous decisions or recommendations at this level could result in failure to meet critical organizational objectives and significantly impact the organization's reputation.
