Project Coordinator - Intermediate
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Write shippers for various purposes:Vehicle EOT returned parts to suppliersFrom Dow stock to different placessend parts/mating parts to suppliers for testingPull parts from stock rooms:machine shopfastener labvehicle shopsshopOther component for various purposesPickup parts from local suppliers and delivered to different places for various purposes:Facility 1Facility 2PlantLabsMove parts within Company or outside company:TestingInspectionsBuildshand carrying or move ticket.Pick up and deliver M-plate vehicles:Vehicle level test for changesRoot Cause analysisCoordinating with suppliersCommunication between suppliers and engineers for status of deliveries (ETA, delivery confirmation, documenting the deliveries)RequirementsHigh School Diploma or vocational degree in lieu of a bachelor's degree3 years experience requiredMust HavesGood interpersonal skillsGood driving skills / Valid Driver's license100% onsite at CTC with frequent travel (driving) to suppliers, plants, etc.Driving our vehicle is requiredTravel: 60-80% mainly within Southeast MI but some trips might be to Indiana to supplier locations in States around MichiganPreferred RequirementsPrototype experience preferred.Candidates with some level of practical experience are preferredAdditional Info: At FastTek Global, Our Purpose is Our People and Our Planet .
