Project Manager

Job Summary: The Project Manager is a key member of Structor Group’s construction team, responsible for overseeing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while upholding Structor’s mission, vision, and values. The Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards Job Responsibilities: Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Prepare financial forecasts Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to Manage RFI process and submittal process Prepare job meeting agendas Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors Review pay applications to Owners Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost Approve Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders Provide prompt responses to all team members Maintain quality control throughout project Determine time of Punch List walk-throughs Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities Bid new projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors Strong attention to detail and organization Display strong time management and decision-making skills Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications Strong work ethic and goal oriented Must be able to do cost projections and budgeting Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project required Proficient in ProCore, Timberline Project Management, and Timberline Estimating preferred Required: Commercial construction experience; healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: This role is conducted at a desk setting in an office environment that is typically quiet to moderate. The position is typically sedentary requires, with or without accommodation, the ability to sit for long periods of time, operate a computer and communicate in person and via telephone.
