Sr. Software Architect

Job Duties Job Duties: Design and develop distributed scheduling system to manage many batch jobs within the IFCS system using industry standard scheduling tools like Quartz, Spring batch etc. Design and develop Batch framework using Java EE concurrency (JSR-237). Drive innovation in cloud computing platform by partnering with Wex Innovation Lab. Lead the development of file transfer platform using open protocols like SFTP, NDM, AS2, https 1867/1847 etc. that provides bi-directional transfer of data files from a customer's host system to WEX processing systems and vice versa in secure manner. Provide end-to-end integration solution for processing card messages generated at the point of sale or ATM terminals. Lead re-platforming & decommission effort across applications with an objective to reduce the infrastructure direct expense. Lead the development and implementation of quality technical frameworks & solutions in support of the company's strategic objectives, imperatives and initiatives. Evaluate and procure 3rd party applications, tools and utilities, as needed, working with Corporate Purchasing. Support, facilitate and monitor quality development and SDLC processes through all phases of development for architectural components & common frameworks and supports testing, and implementation of the same. Job Requirements Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or related field. Require five years of experience in job offered, Senior Software Developer or related, using EJB, JPA, Work Manager API (CommonJ), Websphere, Spring framework, NodeJs and Angular.
