Job Description Location: Dublin, OH Employment Type: 3rd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembler for our client. Responsibilities include assembling products using techniques such as soldering, crimping, taping, coiling, sealing, and mechanical fastening. You’ll follow Bills of Material, work orders, visual aids, and check sheets while inspecting parts throughout production to ensure quality.What’s a Typical Day Like?Utilize documentation such as Bills of Material, product flow charts, work orders, check sheets, visual aids, and production reports toassemble product and record resultsPerform soldering, fabricating, crimping, mechanical assembly, taping, cable spooling, sealing, capping, clamping, bonding, and coilingBasic computer skills to review documents and to load and operate auto-baggersInspect work throughout the assembly process and communicate any quality or operational issuesAssist in correcting procedures to ensure consistency of quality and efficiencyMaintain neat,orderly,and clean work area to ensure efficiency andno safety hazardsMeet all quality,quantity,and good manufacturing practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory Affairs requirementsEnsure environmental conservations by shutting off equipment and lights not in useEnsure first pieces at the beginning of each work orderRecord documentation to labor sheets, check sheets, visual aids, production sheets, and work ordersAudit work orders dailyUse proper equipment to transport finished goods to appropriate locationWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?18 years oldParticipate in safety programs, meetings, and trainingAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyAbility to perform basic arithmetic with the use of a calculator or computerAbility to distinguish colorsInitial detection of nonconforming componentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand continuouslyAbility to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel,crouch, rawl,and/or stoop on a repetitive basisAbility to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include graspingand holdingPass a background check and drug testWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
