Based in Orlando, FL, our team is known for its dedication, creativity, and commitment to client success.We are seeking a Project Success Manager to lead client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience and internal alignment. This role sits at the intersection of project management, client success, and cross-functional team leadership.You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals—while proactively identifying risks, managing expectations, and driving successful outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.This is an IN-HOUSE position only.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage multiple client projects simultaneously across digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Web, Creative, etc.)Act as the primary point of contact for project execution and deliveryTranslate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, media, development) to ensure alignment and accountabilityMonitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcingIdentify risks early and proactively propose solutionsEnsure client satisfaction through clear communication, follow-ups, and performance check-insMaintain accurate documentation, timelines, and reporting in project management toolsSupport continuous improvement of internal processes and workflowsQualifications & Experience3–6+ years of experience in project management, client success, or account operationsAgency experience strongly preferred (digital marketing or advertising)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityExperience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindsetBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleProjects delivered on time and within scopeClients feel informed, confident, and supportedInternal teams are aligned, efficient, and clear on expectationsRisks are anticipated—not reacted toStrong relationships built internally and externallyStrong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, content, creative, social, analytics, and automation.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, multi-channel campaigns.Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.Demonstrated experience improving processes, increasing operational efficiency, and scaling teams.Experience with agency P&L management.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Teamwork, Monday).Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What we offer:Competitive salary + performance incentivesHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPTO and flexible work environmentHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience and why they’d be a great fit for Chatter Buzz Media.
