IT Team Lead

We are looking for an efficient Technical Lead. As a good tech lead, will be responsible for smooth functioning of all technical operations of IT. Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing design structure. You will be coordinating with the Development Project Manager in reviewing timelines and deliverables. The tech lead role also requires you to analyze ongoing projects and write progress reports on the same. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading the team members and overseeing their performance. You will be conducting security audits and system modifications along with the development team. Responsibilities Overseeing daily technical operations Coordinating with the software development team in addressing technical queries Analyzing project briefs, requirements, and deliverables Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks Liaising with the engineering team for project completion Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues Scheduling training sessions for new employees and the technical staff Communicating with the clients to ascertain their needs Conducting periodic security checks/audits Understanding project requirements and developing detailed structure Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field 3+ years of experience as a IT team lead and ITIL certified Excellent technical expertise in O365, Intune MDM, MS Defender, Vulnerability assessment, AWS, Perimeter security, Fortinet Firewalls. Desirable expertise in Zscaler, Application Penetration testing. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Strong communication skills
