FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications team advises leaders through high-stakes situations, helping them manage risk, seize opportunities, and communicate effectively during periods of change, disruption, or crisis. This role offers the opportunity to recruit across a range of specialized teams within Strategic Communications, partnering closely with business leaders and owning the hiring process end to end. It is well suited for an experienced recruiter looking to broaden their impact and grow within a collaborative, high-performing team.What You’ll Do -Partner with hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization to develop hiring strategies to meet business needsSource and recruit using a multitude of resources to generate qualified candidates Screen candidates and share qualified profiles with recruiters and hiring managers Build strategic candidate pipelines for current and future roles Maintain and update candidates in applicant tracking system and CRM Extend and negotiate offers Stay up to date with trends and technology for candidate sourcing How You’ll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
