Hello,We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Tampa, Fl. Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:Pay: $24/hour (starting)Duration: 3-month contract with potential for full-time conversionSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end customer support by managing service tickets, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams communications, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries from customers, sales, and service teams while maintaining high service standards. Manage order entry, billing investigations, and account support within the ERP system, including tracing shipments, resolving pricing discrepancies, processing credit memos, handling credit holds, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Act as a customer advocate by collaborating cross-functionally, proactively communicating updates, resolving issues impacting delivery or product quality, and driving continuous improvements to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years of customer service experience requiredExperience in manufacturing and/or installation, maintenance, or repair environments preferredExperience working in a B2B environment preferredFamiliarity with ticketing systems is a plusERP system experience preferred, including quoting, order entry, and returns
