You will lead the Test & Measurement team to develop and establish state‑of‑the‑art measurement techniques and procedures. You will also partner closely with Design, Technology, and Product Engineering to support advanced technology and product development initiatives. This role provides a key opportunity to influence and shape the future of RF technology in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge environment.Workplace Policy Hybrid (From Goleta, CA)What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)Convert customer specifications into workable test solutions or into new RF test capabilities and protocols.Collaborate with team members to develop small and large signal RF tests.Lead the analysis of test results providing feedback to Design, Technology, and Product teams to advance technology development and improve design improvement.Provide technical guidance, lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, and mentor engineers to ensure alignment with standards, objectives, and best practices.Drive cross‑functional collaboration from the initial phase of technology development through product development.Partner with Lab manager to refine RF evaluation roadmap for future applications and new products.What Is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering.6+ years of hands‑on experience with component‑level small‑signal and high‑power RF testing.Strong proficiency with RF measurement systems and instrumentation (e.g., Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Tuners, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes).Deep understanding of RF test methodologies, including S‑parameters, EVM, IMD, P1dB, harmonics, and ruggedness evaluations.Proven ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues and drive collaborative problem solving.Highly self‑directed, able to lead work independently with minimal guidance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Successful track record with RF filter and resonator test development at the wafer and package levels.Experience with high power CW and modulated measurements.Programming experience with LabView.Experience with the development of non‑linear test solutions.Travel Domestic travel between California offices is required.PerksComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous Paid Time Off, including paid holidays and floating holidays.401(k) employer match on retirement planning.Hybrid working schedule for eligible positions.Tuition reimbursement on approved programs.Flexible and health spending accounts.Talent Development program.Other Minimum Salary: $100,000 Maximum Salary: $170,000 We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
