In this role, you will manage and drive sales across specific Automotive OEM/Tiers/Battery/Tire accounts. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, collaborating across business units, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also work to understand client needs, present tailored Siemens solutions, and foster client satisfaction to ensure long-term partnerships.QualificationsSales and Business Development expertise, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong relationship-building and client management skills to cultivate and maintain long-term partnershipsExcellent Communication and Presentation skills for effectively conveying complex solutions to diverse stakeholdersKnowledge of Industrial Automation, Digitalization, or related technologies is strongly preferredExperience developing strategies specific to industry verticals, along with market analysis capabilitiesProactive problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for identifying innovative business opportunitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
