Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.This role serves as an Agile Delivery Analyst supporting impacted and related teams by combining the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Business Analyst into a single, integrated role. Agile Delivery Analyst enables effective execution across teams by facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating delivery and release dependencies, and translating business needs into clear, actionable work. This role ensures consistent ways of working, transparent delivery, and strong alignment between product, technology, and business stakeholders.How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Agile Delivery Analyst role: Essential Job FunctionsChampion Agile principles and delivery best practices across impacted and related teamsServe as primary facilitator for Agile ceremonies, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and cross‑team syncsCoordinate delivery cadence, release planning, and dependency management across multiple teamsIdentify, track, and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and impedimentsEstablish and maintain team working agreements, delivery processes, guidelines, standards, templates, and shared artifacts to support consistent and effective execution across teamsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to align expectations and priorities; sometimesElicit, analyze, and document business needs; translate them into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifactsSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization inputs, dependency sequencing, and readiness for deliveryFacilitate discussions to clarify scope, assumptions, impacts, and trade‑offsSupport release readiness activities, including coordination of testing, deployment timing, business readiness, and communicationsLeverage delivery metrics and insights to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvementSupport administration, standards, and cross-team reporting within Azure DevOps or equivalent toolingSoft SkillsStrong communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to navigate technical discussions and translate concepts for varied audiencesAbility to articulate long‑term vision and short‑term execution. Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate conflicts when neededHighly collaborative, outcome‑driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguityAbility to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product team members, management team members, and business owners/stakeholdersWhat You Will Need4 years of relevant experience required in agile delivery, business analysis, or technology program support.Experience working across multiple teams or platforms required.Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or delivery coordinator strongly preferredExperience with dependency management, release coordination, or cross‑functional initiatives preferredBachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.Technical CompetenciesStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum practicesCore Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Experience working within Agile delivery tools to manage backlogs, user stories, and workflow processes.
