POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients on the Acute unit which includes assessment, treatment, development of a plan of care and discharge planning # QUALIFICATIONS: Education:#Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN and licensed in the State#of Vermont.
