What You Will Be Doing As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for technical leadership, overseeing the development and implementation of emulation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of ECoE projects, identifying areas for process improvement, and developing strategies to enhance team performance. Basic Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experienceProven experience leading diverse technical teams of moderate sizeProven experience working with Test Equipment & fabrication techniquesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities in support of missile/sensor programs, planning and execution build schedules, affordability considerations, and risk and opportunity managementExperience required includes, customer interface, integration and test planning and execution, management of major subcontracts. The candidate must have current missile/sensor experienceMust have an active Secret ClearanceDesired Skills:Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of ManagementExperience managing and/or leading a multi-functional team in an electronics development, test, emulation, production, or manufacturing environmentExperience with managing small teams and/or small team projectsExperience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule managementExperience performing proposal/BOE development and man-power estimationExperience in managing Flight Test Hardware, GFE, Test/Emulation Equipment, and materialsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
