BAR MANAGER Draft Gastropub is a chef-driven, elevated gastropub offering bold flavors, craft beverages, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a Bar Manager who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to our bar program and every guest interaction. THE ROLE As Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations—leading the team, driving a dynamic cocktail and beverage program, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every guest. This role requires strong product knowledge, organization, and the ability to lead with confidence and approachability in a fast-paced environment.
