Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients while promoting our company's products and services.The ideal candidate would have previous experience with audio-visual technology, inside sales, customer support, conflict resolution, purchasing, and data entry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as well as interacting professionally with customers and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:Set up new customers, sites, and contactsQuote entry & pricing check on all items within a quote for best pricingRegistration of products & processing credit card ordersAnswer customer calls when the Sales Team is out of the officeSend quotes to customers as neededMonitor box sales backlog & keep customers updatedInside Sales / Bid DeskInside Sales (those customers not assigned to an Account Manager)Remain in communication with our Sales Reps to ensure they are responding to emails in a timely fashionSet up inventory mastersSet up and update new vendors and vendor contactsFollow-up on PO status/delivery date and update informationAssist with keeping vendor pricing sheets/notes currentRequirements:HS Diploma or equivalentDemonstrated customer service focusAbility to sit for extended periods of time at the computerHandle multiple sales orders at once & excellent attention-to-detailAbility to respond to 100+ emails dailyPossess strong data entry skills & proficient with Outlook, Word, ExcelAbility to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlinesMaintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretionClear and professional communication skills with employees, clients, and colleagues
