They have virtually no turnover because they treat their people right.Practice Perks: Enjoy paid, fun team days with no patients scheduled.Role and Responsibilities:We are looking for one talented RDH for a direct hire role. While we are open to various schedules, Full-Time is ideal.Flexible Scheduling: We can accommodate a Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule.Typical Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week.Example shift: Tuesday (7:30–4:30), Wednesday (8:00–5:00), Thursday (8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00), Friday (8:00 start).Reliable Pay: $45.00 – $48.00 per hour. You are paid your hourly rate even if patients cancel.Benefits:Medical Insurance (50/50 split).Paid Time Off (PTO).Simple IRA / 401K.Dental Care: 100% covered for you (excluding lab fees) and 50% for extended family.CE Allowance: $1,500 for Continuing Education.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient education and maintain gingival health.Perform prophylaxis and Scaling and Root Planing (SRP).Capture necessary X-rays.Qualifications Include:Credentialed: Must hold a valid RDH license.Experience: We welcome candidates at any level of experience.
