We continue to lead because of our world-class, inclusive workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.As a Senior Project Development Engineer, you will drive operational and energy efficiency improvements for clients, specializing in HVAC/BMS upgrades. Your role spans site assessment, cost-benefit analysis, modeling, and compliance, managing technical aspects from concept to implementation. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sellers to support sales and ensure successful project execution, aligning with strategic growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide pre-sale technical and engineering support for complex retrofit solutions.Conduct detailed site assessments, analyze energy bills, perform load calculations, and identify savings opportunities.Develop HVAC systems and solutions.Lead project scope and concept development, including energy and engineering analysis.Estimate lifecycle cost, customer ROI and expand retrofit project scope.Conduct site visits, energy assessments, calculations, and utility rebate discussions.Support Account Managers in establishing project installation budgets.Collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, and clients to deliver design-build projects on time and within budget.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years' experience in HVAC contracting and/or HVAC design engineering.Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
