Position Purpose:
Ensuring our supply chain has the right product available at the right time to provide excellent service to our customers. This individual manages a team responsible for the long to mid term planning, finite scheduling, and network deployment. The objective is to provide the optimal case fill to customers at the lowest cost possible with minimal waste. To achieve this the role will collaborate frequently across supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Production Planning
Develop the long and short term supply plans for all domestically produced and co-packed items.
Oversees the detailed scheduling of production and co-packing plans.
Provides inputs to the S&OP process regarding capacity and supply.
Conducts root cause analyses and corrective actions to supply gaps or capacity constraints.
Inventory & Deployment Planning
Establishes the appropriate inventory strategy across the network to optimize service, cost, and waste targets.
Oversees Deployment team to execute to the inventory strategy and targets above.
Provides long and short term distribution plans to Warehouse and Transportation teams
Other Responsibilities
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities through the tracking of key metrics in order to streamline processes, improve accuracy, efficiency, and stability within operations.
Team development in proper and timely communication, training, setting and achieving goals, workload prioritization, and performance coaching.
Maintain functional master data for effective system use.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in supply chain management (within FMCG industry a plus)
3+ years of leadership experience preferred
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, coach, positively influence and train direct reports & peers
Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form
Skills & Knowledge:
Solid demonstrated knowledge of supply chain theory, planning systems and related processes
Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, SAP, IBP & PPDS
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Management (preferred concentration in Supply Chain)
Master’s degree preferred
Other Requirements:
APICS certification a plus
Travel 5%
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $121,000 + Bonus Potential

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
