Remote candidates willing to travel occasionally will also be considered.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage customer-facing technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on Project Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, project reporting, scope management, and overall project delivery.Candidates must have previous project management experience in Endpoint Support, Identity Management, and CMDB/Configuration Management Database initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive assigned customer projects from initiation through successful completion.Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Maintain and actively manage RAID logs and ensure risks and issues are identified, tracked, escalated, and resolved.Lead issue management and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution of critical issues.Monitor project progress against objectives, milestones, timelines, and budget.Conduct regular project status reviews with customers, project sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership.Prepare project status reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level presentations.Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessments and approvals are completed.Conduct risk assessments and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.Coordinate with business analysts, architects, technical teams, business users, client stakeholders, and project sponsors.Manage competing priorities and ensure critical issues receive appropriate attention and escalation.Facilitate project meetings, executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, quality standards, and agreed timelines.Work closely with the PMO and Project Sponsor to ensure compliance with project management processes, methodologies, and governance standards.Identify project dependencies and proactively communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of direct, full-time Project Management experience with a demonstrated record of successful IT project delivery.Strong experience creating, managing, and reporting on project plans and schedules.Strong RAID management experience, including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.Strong risk assessment and issue management capabilities.Previous experience managing projects involving:Endpoint Support / End User ComputingIdentity and Access Management (IAM)CMDB / Configuration Management DatabaseStrong understanding of IT project delivery and technology environments.Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Strong project reporting and metrics experience.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively during high-pressure situations.Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and critical issues simultaneously.Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.Preferred QualificationsConsulting or client-facing project management experience.Formal project management training or certification.Experience with PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe 6, PRINCE2, or Agile Alliance methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or other relevant Project Management certifications.Experience working in a PMO environment.Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or service management projects.Core SkillsProject Management, IT Project Management, Project Planning, Project Scheduling, RAID Management, Risk Management, Issue Management, Dependency Management, Scope Management, Change Management, Project Reporting, Executive Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Endpoint Support, End User Computing, Identity Management, IAM, CMDB, Configuration Management Database, Agile, Waterfall, PMO, Resource Management, Budget Management, Client Management, Executive Communication
