This role is not just about counting it's about fixing problems, enforcing processes, and training teams to maintain consistency.The ideal candidate understands real-world warehouse challenges, can identify gaps quickly, and is comfortable traveling between locations to ensure inventory standards are properly implemented and followed.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations using inventory systemsPerform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies in a timely mannerIdentify root causes of inventory issues (receiving errors, labeling issues, system gaps, etc.) and implement corrective actionsTrain warehouse staff on inventory procedures, scanning, labeling, and system usageEnsure proper receiving, storage, labeling, and movement of products across all locationsWork closely with warehouse managers, purchasing, and logistics teams to improve inventory flowMonitor stock levels and flag issues such as low stock, overstock, or slow-moving itemsPrepare inventory reports, variance reports, and performance summariesTravel within Florida and occasionally to Texas to support inventory operationsEnforce company standards and safety compliance (including OSHA guidelines)QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operationsStrong working knowledge of Excel and inventory management systemsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilityAbility to train and hold teams accountable to processesComfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environmentsValid driver's license and willingness to travelAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periodsAdditional RequirementsFluent in English (spoken and written)Authorized to work in the U.S.Reliable transportation or ability to relocate near West Palm Beach, FLMust pass E-Verification
