In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while maintaining service level standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses aligned with service level expectationsProvide Level 1 support for client inquiries, research issues, and deliver prompt resolutionsEscalate complex or time-sensitive matters to senior team members or leadership when appropriateMaintain productivity targets and service standards while ensuring a high-quality client experienceCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve operational and service-related mattersContribute feedback to client service transformation initiatives and continuous improvement effortsMeet role-specific performance objectives, including productivity, behavioral expectations, and certification requirementsComplete required training and learning programs within designated deadlinesDevelop a strong understanding of Treasury Services products, operational workflows, and internal client service systemsUtilize internal tools, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant service deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience supporting clients or customers in a service-oriented environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office productsAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindsetAbility to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities Preferred ExperienceForeign Exchange (FX) experienceBanking or payments operations experiencePrior experience in financial services client support or treasury services Additional InformationCandidates may be considered with relevant experience in lieu of a college degreeDepartment-specific training on products and services will be provided after hireNo certifications required for this role
