Front Desk Supervisor

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead the front desk operations at a bustling resort or hotel. Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries to ensure seamless service delivery Lead and motivate front desk staff to maintain exceptional customer service standards and uphold hotel policies Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers Handle guest relations issues promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences Assist with training staff on hospitality management best practices, phone etiquette, and guest services protocols Monitor reservation systems and ensure room allocations meet guest needs while maximizing occupancy Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong leadership qualities to supervise staff, resolve conflicts, and foster teamwork Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by leading with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality excellence!
