Fuel your career with GEODIS and discover endless growth opportunities.Your role on the team:Administer GEODIS payroll by ensuring all new hires, terminations, & status changes are updated in UKG, WFM and Oracle HCM Fusion.Financial monitoring and reporting; coordinate information for budget management; coordinate data gathering for audits; oversight of payments.Communicating actuals, trends, & variances of payroll reporting data to Payroll Director & leadershipCollaborate closely with our HR Service Center for newly hired employees into our systemsReview of compliance issues, manager, and complete compliance task; review inquiries and make determinations as to corrective actions.Payroll communication, evaluation, creation, review, and deliveryDevelop custom reports to meet the requirements of payroll.Solve employees’ toughest issues end-to-end with respect to all payrolls pay and deductions.Solve & correct complex problems, without guidance by improving processes and functions.What you need:Work a 4:1 hybrid schedule, 4 days in office, 1 day remote.Minimum 3 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with UKG, WFM or Oracle HCM Fusion preferred.Knowledge of Federal, State and Local TaxUnderstanding of payroll concepts, practices, and proceduresKnowledge of Federal and State payroll regulationsAbility to read and interpret financial documents and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak and present data findings before groups or employees of an organization.Ability to identify key indicators and deal with complex problems involving several concrete variables.Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and high-demanding environmentWhat you gain from joining our team:Access wages early with the Rain financial wellness app.Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through First Stop Health is available on the first day of employment!Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment401k matchPaid maternity and paternity leaveAccess to career development, employee resource groups, and mentorship programsEmployee discountsAccess to employee perks like fitness class discounts and free access to a relaxation and meditation appFree financial wellness programsDaycare discount programOpportunities to volunteer and give back to your community.Visit our website at workatGEODIS.com and chat with our virtual recruiter, Sophie, to fast-track your way to an interview.
