Keep tables clean, guests comfortable, and the floor moving at pace.- Clear and reset tables quickly between turns- Refill water and bread service- Assist servers with running food and drinks- Keep the dining room clean throughout serviceROLE 02Food RunnerYou're the link between the kitchen and the guest. Fast, accurate, and always with a smile.- Deliver food from kitchen to tables promptly- Confirm dish accuracy before leaving the pass- Communicate delays or modifications to servers- Keep the expo area clean and organizedROLE 03BarbackThe bartenders can't do it without you. Stock, prep, and hustle so the bar never misses a beat.- Restock beer, spirits, wine, and mixers- Keep bar area clean and fully prepped- Cut garnishes and prep ingredients- Assist with glass washing and bar breakdownROLE 04General FOH SupportCan do a little of everything? We love that.
