Ministry Operations & Communications Coordinator

First Baptist Church of Dawsonville is seeking a Part-Time Ministry Operations & Communications Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a proactive, organized, ministry-minded individual who enjoys helping ministries operate smoothly through strong communication, operational support, and intentional coordination. This role includes:• Church communication and member engagement• Social media and website updates• Bulletin/newsletter coordination• Event and volunteer support• Calendar and office coordination• Helping create organized and intentional ministry workflows This is more than a clerical position — we are looking for someone who naturally thinks ahead, communicates well, pays attention to details, and enjoys serving in a ministry environment. Position Details:• Part-Time (28–30 hours/week)• Primarily in-office• Some flexible remote creative work possible• Compensation range: $24,000–$26,500 annually Ideal candidates may have experience in:• Church administration• Office management• Communications• Nonprofit support• Ministry coordination• Executive assistant or school administrative roles Strong communication skills, organization, initiative, and follow-through are essential. If you or someone you know may be interested, please send a resume and brief introduction to dustin@firstbaptistdawsonville.com We would also appreciate you sharing this post with others who may be a great fit for this role and our church family.
