Maintenance Technician II - Multi-Trade / Punch List

Job Description Description:Parc Center for Disabilities is hiring a well-rounded Maintenance Technician II who can independently complete daily facility repairs and punch-list work across multiple trades. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to see work through from start to finish without relying on vendors.Job ResponsibilitiesComplete maintenance work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenancePerform punch-list repairs including:HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairsPlumbing (toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, PVC/copper lines)Electrical (lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, ballasts)Drywall repair, carpentry, doors, trim, flooring, paintingAppliance repair and installationGrounds and exterior maintenanceSupport special projects, events, and inspectionsIdentify and report safety issuesRespond to on-call maintenance emergencies as assignedMaintain tools, inventory, work areas, and documentationRequirements:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of hands-on multi-trade maintenance experienceExperience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairsAbility to independently complete punch-list workValid Florida driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical laborAbility to work indoors/outdoors and in all weather conditionsWillingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shiftsBasic computer skills for work orders and documentationProfessional, reliable, and safety-focused work habitsConditions of EmploymentDrug-free workplaceLevel II background screening requiredThis position requires screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
