You work closely with experienced partners, build your professional skills, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth. Your work matters by connecting top talent with opportunities and supporting clients throughout the search journey.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end executive searches, contributing to strategy development and executionConduct industry and company research, mapping executive talent and providing market insightsContact prospective candidates to generate interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligenceConduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitBuild and manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informedAssist with client relationship management and contribute to client communicationsPartner with colleagues to build productive, trusting relationships and foster collaborationContribute to team initiatives and help shape a positive team cultureEnsure accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information and deliverablesManage multiple projects, delivering high-quality work on time while upholding professionalism and ethicsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in executive search or in-house executive talent acquisitionStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsProven ability to collaborate and influence clients and candidatesDemonstrated expertise in managing recruitment processesSuccess managing multiple projects and working across teamsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsUndergraduate BA/BS degreeExperience working within a scalable organization, preferably in corporate or go-to-market functions; financial services experience is a plusExperience targeting candidates and developing pitch materialsSkill in identifying market trends and researching information through various channelsAbility to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into insightsExperience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholdersExperience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
