With a dynamic and fast-paced environment, they are widely recognized for their strategic investments and strong industry presence.They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and leadership at their Midtown Manhattan headquarters, helping to ensure a seamless, well-run environment and a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experienceSupport front desk activities, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and handling deliveriesAssist with maintaining office organization, supplies, and overall workspace efficiencyCoordinate meeting room scheduling and setup to support internal and external meetingsProvide administrative support for board meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, coordinating catering, and assisting with logisticsSupport executives and team members with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting as neededLiaise with building management and vendors to help address office maintenance and operational needsAssist with onboarding logistics, employee engagement initiatives, and internal projectsHelp maintain a polished, professional office environment aligned with the company’s brand and cultureQualificationsExperience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role within a fast-paced corporate environmentExposure to supporting executives or board-level meetings is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset
