Government Locums Psychiatry Physician need in AZ Top Docs, Inc. is a leading physician staffing firm since 2002. We have a fulltime locum tenens psychiatry physician need starting Jan. 1, 2020 in Arizona. Board Certified is preferred. The assignment is for 3 months with 3 options to extend (up to a one-year assignment)8am to 5pm, M-F for in/outpatient psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults & their families. 12-15 patients per day.To apply, we will need the following documents:Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school (must provide written explanation for gaps)One active, unrestricted state medical licenseCurrent DEA3 Current references that can attest to your clinical skills in the past 12 months (you can add including one supervisor required for this position)BLS, ACLS, PALS
