Manager of Investor Relations & Capital Markets

Kinseth Hospitality is adding a Manager of Investor Relations & Capital Markets to our corporate team in Coralville, Iowa. THE ROLEThis person will own the day-to-day execution of our investor relations and capital formation activities —managing communications with our 70+ JV partner network, executing capital raises for acquisitions anddevelopments, maintaining our Juniper Square CRM, and serving as the first point of contact for investorinquiries. They’ll work directly with Vice President on live deals. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3–7 years in real estate investor relations, capital markets, private equity operations, or commercial real estate finance Working knowledge of JV structures, LP/GP economics, and standard return metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DSCR) Experience preparing investor-facing materials: pitch decks, investment memos, quarterly reports Proficiency with Juniper Square or comparable investor management platform Strong written communication — this person will draft materials that represent KHC to our most important financial relationships Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a strong plus but not required WHY THIS IS INTERESTING Direct involvement in live deals — acquisitions, developments, and capital raises, not just reporting after the fact Work directly with ownership at a family-owned company with 40+ years of track record and deep industry relationships Clear growth path to Director-level as the function expands with our deal pipeline Stable, relationship-driven platform — the investor base and infrastructure are already in place; we need a dedicated person to scale it QUICK FACTS Location Coralville, IA (Corporate HQ) Compensation $95,000 – $125,000 base + standard benefits package Travel 15–25% (investor meetings, property tours, conferences)Click apply now to email your resume today! recblid z751gnnn8boji4nf9g58dwk7jt5wq7
