This role carries responsibility for day-to-day service operations, technician performance, client relationships, and service revenue growth, with a strong focus on expanding maintenance contracts and supporting project-based service opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day service operations across commercial high-rise, residential high-rise, and healthcare clientsManage technician scheduling, productivity, and service performance to ensure safe, timely deliveryGrow maintenance agreements and service revenue through existing client relationships and new opportunitiesMaintain strong customer relationships with property managers, facilities teams, and healthcare stakeholdersSupport pricing, estimating, and execution of small projects and service work ordersMonitor P&L performance, margins, and utilization across the service divisionCollaborate with leadership to improve response times, workflow efficiency, and service qualityQualificationsExperience leading mechanical service operations within HVAC, plumbing, or piping environmentsProven track record supporting or driving service revenue growth and contract expansionStrong understanding of service dispatch, technician management, and client-facing deliveryExperience working in occupied commercial buildings, residential towers, or healthcare facilities preferredAbility to manage priorities across operations, customers, and financial performanceEffective communicator with a hands-on, solutions-focused leadership styleJ-18808-Ljbffr
