Must have a great personality in dealing with our customers and a minimum of 3 years experience installing HVAC equipment in residential applications.**Career Minded Technician With Long Term Employment Outlook Is Who We Need!Qualifications:*Own hand tools for installation work.*Good experience in furnace installations including duct/plenum fabrication, pvc venting, electrical hook ups for up flow, horizontal and down flow applications.*Good experience in ac installations including refrigerant charging of R454, R32 & R410 systems. Brazing skills with proper vacuum testing and nitrogen leak testing.*Good appearance and communication skills with our customers.*Valid drivers license with clean record.Responsibilities:*Manage full hvac installations from start to finish with an installation laborer.*Load/unload equipment for daily work.*Maintain proper truck stock from our warehouse.We Offer:- Competitive hourly rates based on experience with performance pay incentives- Fully stocked box trucks with work bench- Paid training and continuing education- Company supplied tools and uniforms- Premium Health Insurance Plans Available - Consistent work schedule - Work with a trained laborer on most installations.N.A.T.E. certified a plus.
