With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.We are seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to support the Resource Management Team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate should be dependable, well-organized, responsive, and tactful, with strong communication and critical thinking skills, sound judgment in handling confidential matters, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.This is a remote role and requires a dedicated, stable, and professional home workspace with reliable high-speed internet, minimal distractions, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while participating in Teams calls and completing time-sensitive work during agreed-upon business hours.This role is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the Resource Management team and broader organizationPerform accurate data entry and maintain records across tools such as Salesforce, scheduling platforms, Excel, and OneNoteGenerate and distribute daily availability reports, ensuring data accuracy and timelinessDraft and send confirmations, follow-ups, and team communications with clear and professional messagingGather and validate request details to support resourcing outreach effortsTrack team member availability and bandwidth to support staffing decisionsMonitor and manage resourcing outreach communications; consolidate and summarize responsesTriage and manage high volumes of scheduling and staffing requests via Outlook and Microsoft TeamsTrack request status, prioritize tasks, and route items to appropriate stakeholdersSupport ad hoc initiatives, including data cleanup, reporting, validation, and basic analysisMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and SalesforceStrong responsiveness, adaptability, and ability to take initiativePreferred QualificationsExperience in resource management, scheduling, or operations support rolesExperience working with CRM systems and internal scheduling toolsWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
